In plugin, we are using
xe.com
to fetch exchange rate. After research i find out that we do web scraping to get exchange rate. This functionality is not working now. Maybe xe.com
page update recently.https://currencylayer.com/product can be a good alternative. They provider 250 Requests / mo with free account for any base currency.
Workaround: update currency exchange rates manually.

Happy to report this has been resolved in 1.5.0. We did it a little differently though, by taking out all the complication that existed before with setting up exchange rate APIs. We felt this was needlessly complex, so we came up with our own simple, free API that requires NO effort from customers to set it up. Also, exchange rates will be automatically updated every day! Note, if an exchange rate is set as manual then it won't be updated. So please update to Give Currency Switcher 1.5.0 and let us know if you run into any problems!

Our team is having a look at this. In the meantime the workaround is to use a different exchange rate API. Navigate to Donations > Settings > Currency Switcher > Exchange Rate APIs and select another from the list.
