All Authorize.net donations are sent in USD

With the Currency Switcher add-on enabled, all donations made with Authorize.net are recorded in USD in the Authorize.net dashboard. The donor is also charged in USD. GiveWP records the donation in the correct currency with the correct exchange rate.

After researching this issue we found out that Authorize.Net only supports one currency per account. This means this gateway is not compatible with the Currency Switcher add-on. We have added a note to the Authorize.Net add-on documentation on our site about this incompatibility.
