Cannot add a custom amount to a VFB using Manual Donations

As an admin, I cannot add a custom amount using the Manual Donations add-on to a visual builder form.

One workaround is create a donation, and then edit the amount after the donation has been submitted.
Another workaround is to create a manual donation on a form that isn't a Visual Form Builder (like a V2) form, and then change the form in the donation's edit screen.

This issue was fixed in Manual Donations version 1.7.0. Please update your add-on to the latest version, and you will be able to add custom amounts to manual donations.
