CSV donation imports should reach Step 2) after uploading in certain Browsers
complete

As an admin, I'd like to be able to understand why my CSV upload file stalls and doesn't allow for reaching Step 2) - for mapping of the fields, so that I can complete the import.

Update: this appears to be affecting some Chrome browsers too at this point, but not all. Certain users have had success in getting around the issue using the browser inspector to remove the local storage (I am just copying their words, here... I don't have specific steps for that) and then the mapping fields options display. I am escalating this to the team to have a look.

I have an observation that may help in resolving this bug. I was facing the same issue, using a number of browsers. What I discovered is that, upon beginning the import and it hanging, if I cleared my browser's cache (here, Safari), and then refreshed the window, the import would continue.

I'm facing this issue. Have tried to get it to work on Safari, Brave, Firefox, Chrome. Removed local storage, cache, etc. Still no joy. Unfortunately, this is proving a hindrance to migrating to Give.

Our team is taking a look at this. In our tests so far, this issue only appears to affect Firefox browsers, and Chrome (as well as chromium -based browsers like Brave) do not appear to be affected.
Please vote here and provide as much context as possible.

MacOS 11.2.1 And have tried it in both Safari and Firefox. If there's another browser that it works in, I will get that browser now. Just let me know.
Thanks
