Custom Form Fields Should Not break multi-form display

Adding custom form fields via the form field manager can break the display for donors using the multi-step form.
For example: If the fields are added "Above the Personal Information" Fields the form focuses on the first name - instead of the top of the form where the custom form fields are added. The user has to scroll up to view them.

We're having a look at this, to see what we can do to help when putting custom fields above the first name field on a form. For now, the workaround is to not do that, since by default the form is going to focus there. Also, we're evaluating how common this issue is, so if you are experiencing this, please vote and comment.
