Deleting Funds and Designations add-ons should remove the database tables

As an admin, when I delete the Funds & Designations add-on, I want the database tables to be deleted too.

I have the same problem as well. After removing the plugin and all the add-ons I still have the following tables in the database: give_funds, give_fund_form_relationship, give_revenue and give_subscriptionmeta.

These tables and content are not removed even when the advanced option "Remove Data on Uninstall" is selected.
