Donation amount is missing in Donor Wall

If the "Number of Decimals" value is set to 0. The donation amount will not load in the Donor Wall Block and shortcode.
The workaround, for now, is to set a higher value in the "Number of Decimals" option.
The amount will also be missing if the currency uses a comma as a decimal separator such as Euros.

Actually the donor wall is very buggy...
