Donation Receipt Attachments {attachmenturl} displays the tag in an email receipt, and not a link to the attachment

Using GiveWP 2.12.2 and Donation Receipt Attachments for GiveWP 1.1.2, the tag {attachmenturl} does not display a link to the attachment. It just shows the raw tag.
Steps to replicate:
- have the aforementioned plugins installed
- upload and save a file in a single form in Donation Form Options >> Receipt Attachments
- make a test donation
- check email receipt and see that the raw tag is displayed

Issues like this that are not preventing donations or have a simple workaround are generally prioritized at the end of an 8 week development cycle, and then tested and released. That means it can be up to 10 weeks for issues like this to be resolved.
