Donations that suffer chargeback should switch the status accordingly

As an admin, I need to know exactly if a donation suffers a chargeback. Right now, a renewal that suffers a chargeback is marked as complete.

I am not sure whether or not it's possible to programmatically change the status via webhook when a chargeback happens. According to the Mollie docs, they should alert you to the chargeback from their end: https://help.mollie.com/hc/en-us/articles/115001470869-What-are-chargebacks-
In a brief survey of the Mollie API docs, I am not seeing a way for GiveWP to be made aware of a chargeback at all, via the webhook. That would be the first step in us building out this feature.
To be clear: this is not a bug in the truest sense, because GiveWP is just recording what Mollie tells us has happened via the webhook. There is no mention of "chargeback" on the API docs there.

Hi, just to add, this is quite a serious bug for us: chargebacks are listed in our system as 'complete', while they were charged back, resulting in an incorrect admin for us.
Secondarily, we would really, really appreciate it if you could build in an option to receive a warning email as admin when a chargeback occurs. They are very expensive, and if they go unnoticed for several months, the costs can ramp up. So we'd like to immediately contact a customer and cancel their subscription (if that is what they want) when a chargeback occurs.

rik: see my pinned comment. The short term fix here is to investigate why Mollie is not alerting you that a chargeback happens.
