Donors who use Direct Debit as their subscription Payment Method CANNOT update their Direct Debit payment method. They are only given the option to update their Subscription with a Credit Card.

I've escalated this to the team to have a look. Full disclosure on this one: we're working on a totally new (and much more flexible) Stripe integration for forms in the post- 3.0 world. So resolving this will likely be much easier on that new version. Either way, the team is aware of this!
