There is a small enhancement that would be great: letting we choose dynamically which form is chosen

Same issue here (with other Give widgets as well) since Give Plugin Version 2.20.0. Got error 403 saving the elementor page too.

Same issue using Elementor Pro. Initially when I added the widget I am able to see and select format options but can not see anything in the the "advance" option. Upon returning to edit the widget pane appears blank.
