Currently, in order to display a field with Form Field Manager based on the donation amount, it only works when "Custom Amount" is enabled.

If I want to create a form with only set amounts, and then display fields conditionally based on those amounts, I can't do it unless custom amount is enabled on the form, which defeats the purpose of having a form with only set amounts.

For our purposes, we have a form that allows for donations to different classrooms, and need a form that allows for an additional field for each teacher's name, but only at the pre-set amounts.
