Happy to report this has been resolved as of the Give Funds 1.0.3 release.

Good catch. Deactivating Funds & Designations pending fix.

This is affecting the functionality of Wordpress. Is there a workaround, other than disabling it every time I want to do a bulk action?

We've replicated this behavior and have added this to the list of issues for our development team to have a look at. Issues like this that are not preventing donations or have a simple workaround are generally prioritized at the end of an 8 week development cycle, and then tested and released. That means it can be up to 10 weeks for issues like this to be resolved.
