Links in P2P New Registrations emails do not work

The links to approve new teams and fundraisers in the New Registrations emails do not open.
They link to nothing. For example <a href="#">Review New Teams</a>
The workaround is to use the "Send a separate email for each new registration." option in the Campaign settings.

This has been resolved in GiveWP Peer-to-Peer 1.3.2. Please update and let us know if you run into further issues!
