Paypal Donations credit card validation does not work in Legacy templates

Credit card validation does not return any error messages if the credit card information is wrong when using Paypal Donations credit card fields on a legacy form template. The workaround for now is to use the multi-step form template.

Currently, when a donor tries to make a donation with incorrect credit card information via PayPal Donations, the website will generate a PHP fatal error instead of providing a helpful error message on the form.
