The PayPal smart buttons are missing on a form embedded on page using the Give Elementor Form widget.

We are using Avada theme. We have elementor on the site but not using it on the page. We are using shortcodes. I ended up just linking to people to each individual form. It's an issue with 3 forms on one page.
