Peer-to-Peer should support Manual Donations

Many folks use the Manual Donations add-on as a way to build and test out their sites. Presently, making a manual donation will associate the donation with the form, but does not associate it with the Campaign, Team, or Fundraiser. We need to add support for this.

This has been resolved as of version 1.6.0 of the Manual Donations add-on. Please update to that, and reach back out to support if you are still having issues!

Our team is taking a look at this, based on the amount of interest. There's no firm timeline on when it might get done, but we're definitely prioritizing it for the next round of updates to Peer-to-Peer.

This bug is preventing us from actually using the Peer-to-Peer section of GiveWP as we have a lot of donations that come in via the mail that fundraisers want added to their fundraising pages. Very eager to have this sorted!
