When creating a Manual Donation, searching for donors doesn't initially returns only matches in the first 20 donors. It should return all matching donors in the database.

That's a weird little issue, for sure. Our team may have a look at resolving this, but given the simple workaround, it will take lots more folks reporting it. Manual donations (while definitely important) are not the primary way donations are created, so a little bit of extra work with this workaround to find the correct donor is not so bad.
