The Tributes add-on should not require a state for Switzerland to mail a card

When I enable the mail a card feature on my website that is from Switzerland, after I fill in all the recipient's details, I cannot donate because it keeps asking for a State, but Switzerland does not have a state.

Our team is taking a look at this. 
Issues like this that are not preventing donations or have a simple workaround are generally prioritized at the end of an 8 week development cycle, and then tested and released. That means it can be up to 10 weeks for issues like this to be resolved.
In the meantime, the only option is to not use the mail a card option within tributes.
Also, if this issue gets more votes, it will help us to prioritize it for a fix.
