What is the workaround that you mention for this? We need to get this functionality up ASAP so that our donors can access their accounts

Oliver Berning: the issue only shows for emails that are not actually in use as donor emails. So the workaround is to use an email that's actually currently attached to a donor in the system.

Our team is taking a look at this.
Issues like this that are not preventing donations or have a simple workaround are generally prioritized at the end of an 8 week development cycle, and then tested and released. That means it can be up to 10 weeks for issues like this to be resolved.
