User deleting should delete user and its information if requested

As an admin, I want to navigate to Donations > Donors and be able to hover over a user and delete it from my website.

However, if I do that right now, I get an error of _Invalid Donor ID_.

We'll have a look at this. Issues like this that are not preventing donations or have a simple workaround are generally prioritized at the end of an 8 week development cycle, and then tested and released. That means it can be up to 10 weeks for issues like this to be resolved.
