Other SEO plugins insert Open Graph tags before Peer to Peer does

SEO plugins (like All In One SEO) insert Open Graph tags before Peer to Peer does. This results in incorrect images and URLs being shared on Facebook.
This also happens with the Simple Social Buttons plugin: https://en-ca.wordpress.org/plugins/simple-social-buttons/
Please note that this does not happen with Yoast.
