After reviewing this, the steps that we had internally for reproducing this issue are not working, which leads us to believe that it's no longer an issue and was resolved in some release of GiveWP and/or the Stripe add-on.

Our team is going to have a look at this, for sure. The current workaround is to use 2 decimal places in the GiveWP currency settings at Donations > Settings > General > Currency.

Issues like this that are not preventing donations or have a simple workaround are generally prioritized at the end of an 8 week development cycle, and then tested and released. That means it can be up to 10 weeks for issues like this to be resolved.
