Add a shortcode/block for displaying P2P campaign goals

As an admin, I'd like to display my campaign goal just like I can display any of my individual donation form goal bars.
Being able to display a campaign goal across my website would make it easier to feature a campaign on my home page, adding the goal bar along with a button for folks to navigate to the campaign landing page.
Both a shortcode and block for this is ideal.
