Adding to a campaign to your menu requires a "Custom Link"

After you create a campaign you naturally want to add it to you menu so people can access it. 
Right now there's no way to add the campaign to your menus without using the "Custom Links" item.
There should be a native way to add campaigns to the menu items.

In version 2.1.0, Peer-to-Peer campaign pages are post types that automatically show up in your menu options. You can easily add pages to your menu in the menu editor without using a custom link. Update your Peer-to-Peer add-on to the latest version to check it out.
