Billing Details for Stripe Checkout should only be filled out 1 time.

As an Admin, I'd like donors to only fill out billing details 1 time, rather than twice when using Stripe Checkout to reduce friction in donating.

We're taking a look at this, and evaluating how many folks are asking for this feature. While it seems like a simple fix, this would complicate how billing info is stored on the GiveWP side, and there are lots of moving parts on the Stripe side. We're keeping an eye on how many folks ask for this feature.

As a customer offering services to my client, having the redundancy of asking a donor to enter their address twice, first on the website and again during stripe checkout 2.0 creates unnecessary friction during checkout.
