Our team will definitely look into this, but this is one of those issues that is partially a result of the wide array of hosting and database server settings that we have to account for in the WordPress world.
GiveWP saves data in the WordPress Database, and exporting from there is a fairly processor-intensive thing. That's not a problem when you know exactly what data to look for, but it becomes a problem when you are having to account for
type of date that
can be adding to the database. Even with just 5 or 10 additional points of data, the query involved quickly becomes unwieldy and unnecessarily complex, leading sites on smaller or underpowered servers with sites crashing.
Instead of trying to get to that data on an export, I'd recommend utilizing Zapier to export that data at the time of donation to a Google sheet or similar.
We'll definitely keep our eye on this issue for more votes and comments, in the meantime.
