Encouraging donation on the logged-out Donor Dashboard

When a potential donor visits the donor Dashboard and is not logged in or doesn't have any donations, it would be nice for the instructions to include becoming a donor, with a link.
Currently, there's a prompt to log in and/or validate their email address, but no call to action to donate.
It would be great if the CTA was configurable.

We'll keep an eye on this (excellent) feature request for more votes and comments. In the meantime it's possible to modify that wording if you're familiar with string translation in PHP and JavaScript. I don't have a reference snippet for you to use, but it's possible!
