Gift Aid Disabled when company donates

It would be useful for our organisation to disable the Gift Aid feature for someone who donates on behalf of a company. Either once the "Company Name" field is filled out or in a separate field, where the user would be asked if he donates on behalf of a company and can answer using radio buttons

As an admin, I would like to conditionally display the Company field based on a checkbox or similar UI. That way, only if the donor chooses to include the company name, the field will be visible. The reason is that many users do not understand that the Company field is optional and they feel obligated to enter something in the existing field.

Also, It would be ideal to change the "Company Name" field to something like "Enter Company name if donating on behalf of business" as in our case, individual donors who DO NOT donate on behalf of a company fill out this field too. This causes issues in recognising what type of donors we have.
