Increase amount of Meta Data Fields to Send to Stripe

As an admin, I'd like to be able to send more than 20 fields of meta data to stripe by increasing the amount of fields GiveWP allows so that I can send all of my data over to Stripe.

Our team is taking a look at this, but it's a fairly edge-case request, and the more data you send to Stripe, the more likely it is that you send something that prevents the donation from going through. Please vote or comment here as that will increase the priority of this issue. Thanks!

Similarly, custom-mapping of default fields would also be extremely helpful as an admin. Coming from a larger organization with multiple revenue channels, not having control over how that data flows into the Stripe reports is proving to be quite cumbersome for our team processing pledges into our shared CRM.
