more 'Global' settings on Form Template and Donation Options tabs

Also posted here (https://feedback.givewp.com/feature-requests/p/allow-for-easier-style-customization-of-multi-step-forms) but posting here separately, because that request was initiatlly about customising the style of templates only.
This request is for more 'global' or default settings for the Form Template and Donation Options tabs on the multistep donation forms. it would be great if:
- more of the form settings could be modified in the template, particularly the info currently on the Form Template and Donation Options tabs. E.g. right now, we have to modify a lot of the texts every time anew when we make a form + a lot of the options on the Donation Options tab. It would be great if we could change those default texts and options in the template, so that we would not have change every time we make a new form. Especially if that function could be combined with (2), so with the ability to save multiple form templates, that would save us heapes of time.
- could make extra "custom form templates" to apply to various types of forms (e.g. forms in different languagues or for different purposes)

For donation platforms like us with dozens or hundreds of forms, the following 2 enhancements would be v helpful:
- If there was more than 1 global option for each setting. It would be great if you could set several, eg Global1, Global2, etc… as noted here https://feedback.givewp.com/feature-requests/p/multiple-global-options
- As noted below, if givewp for the individual form settings adhere to the rule of thumb "Let's ALWAYS give a 'global' option for ANY form setting, unless it makes absolutely no sense”

i think generally it would be great if for the form settings you could adhere to the rule "Let's ALWAYS give a 'global' option for ANY form setting, unless it makes absolutely no sense. Since it is just a global 'option', after all, people can always opt not to use or you can even set the default to non-global if you believe it will not be used by many. But for donation platforms like us, who work with 100s or even 1000s of forms, it would be a breath of relief.

and again: we would like to set the default dollar amounts, using the currency switcher, for the forms. We cannot use the exchange rate in the currency switcher settings for this, because it uses variable currencies and would results in strange default, non-round, amounts for on the forms. However, we now need to set this individually for each form!! It takes SO Much time (more than 80 forms now). Would be so much better if this would have an option for a global setting (like all the other texts and settings on the "Form Template" and "Donation Options" tabs of the forms.

just to show how much work this costs at the moment: we are making a small colour change to our style guide, and now have to make that change on the forms. We have 68 forms, so we now have to manually modify 68 forms to change the colour..... If only there was 1 global option for this (and for all the other items on the 1st and 2nd tab of the forms!)
