Multiple custom recurring periods

As an admin, I'd like to create more custom recurring periods to allow donors to choose what is the best option for them.
As an example, I could have a subscription to charge people for every 10 days, or for every 15 days.
Being able to create my own custom periods would allow me to create the best subscription options for my users.

This is already possible using the admin defined recurring forms. The level of complexity to add an additional option to the donor's choice dropdown makes me unlikely to see this feature being developed without significant interest or investment from an outside source. I'll leave it as under review to gather more votes!
