If the most recent form created on a site is a VFB form, only that form will show on the /donations/ archive page. If a Option Based Form Editor (a.k.a. V2) form is the most recent form created, all forms will show on the archive page.

The workaround is to create AND publish a V2 form, then set the V2 form to Draft.
