Peer to Peer + Multi Step: Authorize.net credit card fields do not show up in Firefox if it's the only gateway

Authorize.net credit card fields do not show up in a P2P campaign when viewed with Firefox, if Authorize.net the only gateway and the form is an Option Based Form Editor (a.k.a. V2) form using the Multi Step template.
The workarounds are:
- Add another gateway
- use the Classic Template
- use a Visual Form Builder (VFB) form
