We use TranslatePress for translation. Please test the next gen forms with TranslatePress to check if everything translates.
Update 12-06-23: we checked ourselves today, the Next Gen forms are not auto-translating at all, nor can we edit the translations with TranslatePress manually (!). This makes the 3.0 forms unusable for us...

This particularly because with 2.0 we cannot edit the translations of the forms using the Translatepress frontend editor!
