I understand this is not a priority because most people don't resend these so you may not get many reports, but this is a high priority issue for us as we stop cards from automatically being sent until we can review them and then use the resend feature to send them the first time. The work around is very technical and hard for the staff to manage. Any effort to solve this quickly would be greatly appreciated.
