Custom fields with the same name throw a fatal/critical error

Creating custom fields using Form Field Manager with the same name, it breaks my website and results in a 500 error with Node Name Collision as a descriptor.

This is working as designed because two custom fields should not use the same name. With the New Visual Donation Builder, this issue is prevented. Please update to the latest version of GiveWP and either give custom fields different names or use the Visual Donation Form Builder. Thanks!
