Donor Dashboard Logout should work while in the same session

Currently if you create a donation on a form without WordPress account creation, and then navigate to the donor dashboard, it's impossible to log out of the donor dashboard. The logout button essentially does nothing.
The good news is that if a subsequent donation is made in the same browser, those two donations remain separate and attached to a different donor. But the logout interface is confusing, and should be fixed.

Currently, if you scroll past the donor dashboard's height, the logout modal cannot be seen, and you'll have to scroll up to see it.

Our team is having a look at this, but given that it is not ncorrectly connecting the two donors in the scenario described above, it' snot as urgent of a fix. Issues like this that are not preventing donations or have a simple workaround are generally prioritized at the end of an 8 week development cycle, and then tested and released. That means it can be up to 10 weeks for issues like this to be resolved.
