Duplicating a Legacy Form results in two forms on the same page

Steps to replicate:
- Create a legacy form, hit Publish
- Go to All Forms, and click on "Duplicate" next to your legacy form.
- Edit that form with a new name and hit "Save Draft"
- Go to view the original published Legacy form, and you'll see the duplicated form and the original both output one above the other.

There have been no new customer reports of this issue, so we are closing this for now since we have two newer forms experiences.

I know this isn't Classic Form related, but I believe this bug is introduced in beta version that was provided in Slack.
