Exporting upcoming Subscription Renewals should work

As an Admin, when I export upcoming subscription renewals at Donations > Tools > Export > Export Upcoming Subscriptions Renewals, it should work correctly.
Currently it's either not finding any data, or exporting an empty CSV.
