Exporting upcoming Subscription Renewals should work

As an Admin, when I export upcoming subscription renewals at Donations > Tools > Export > Export Upcoming Subscriptions Renewals, it should work correctly.

Currently it's either not finding any data, or exporting an empty CSV.

We're evaluating this feedback, and seeking more reoprts of this behavior before prioritizing this for a fix. Our question: how many people are using this functionality?
