Floating Labels on Legacy forms should not break the new PayPal Donations.

When Floating Labels are enabled on a Legacy form, PayPal Donations does not display the PayPal smart button. When Floating Labels are disabled the smart button is displayed and the gateway works.

With the floating label, the DOM node is not valid, and there is a JavaScript error.

Message: A problem has occurred with the connection between this site and PayPal (JavaScript conflict)

Enabled Floating Labels also break IBAN field when SEPA payment is selected on Legacy form (haven't tried BECS). Unable to enter IBAN number.
