Gift Aid export doesn't include first and last names

This occurs on V2 (option-based) forms when the donor opts-in for Gift Aid and chooses the Billing Address fields provided by the payment gateway.

The workaround is to not include the billing address for gateways, or use a Visual Donation Form Builder form.

This is NOT fixed and I jumped the gun. I've amended the original report with the workaround: either do not include the billing address for gateways, or use a Visual Donation Form Builder form (with or without the Billing Address)

Version 2.1.2 resolves this issue.
Before taking any steps for updating, I highly recommend taking a good backup of the site you can confidently restore from.
