GiveWP Managers should be able to access forms created with the Visual Form Builder

As a GiveWP Manager, I want to access the donation forms created using the visual form builder. Right now, only admins can do that.

Until this is working, I've manually overridden the user role capabilities using User Role Editor plugin. If you grant access to the manage_options capability it will allow this.

Just noticed this too. I can't access the visual form builder with a GiveWP Manager role. It shows "sorry you are not allowed to do that" error.
