If I inadvertently delete all recipients on an email, I should be able to add them back.

At Donations > Settings > Emails > Admin Emails those emails can be sent to multiple recipients. Currently, if a site admin clears out the existing email address (pre-populated with the site Admin email address) and saves the email, when the page reloads the "Add Recipient" button doesn't do anything, and there's no way to modify the recipients at all.
