When a donation is submitted, it isn't converted to South African Rand correctly. A $10 USD is submitted as 10R.

I just checked this against the updates to Currency Switcher, Payfast Gateway and Give Core. The problem persists.

No one using the Payfast gateway can use any other currencies if their base currency is ZAR.
