Renewals paid with Japanese Yen are rounded off incorrectly in the GiveWP dashboard

We operate entirely in yen and have this same problem. Renewals only show a small percentage of the actual received donation. For example, 3,000 yen will be shown as 30 yen. The correct amount did go through to our account, but for our records, this needs to be accurate. We would rather not manually change renewal charges as that's a lot of extra work.

Our team is going to have a look at this, for sure. The workaround currently is to manually change the value of renewals when they are recorded on the GiveWP side.
Note that the correct amount is coming in to the payment gateway, it's just getting recorded incorrectly on the GiveWP side.
Until this issue is resolved, we'd recommend turning off Subscription Renewal receipt emails from GiveWP, since they might be confusing for donors. You could temporarily use Stripe's emails.
