Special Characters in Names mess with PayPal Payments Pro

Currently if a donor uses the first name "BillyJo & BobbySue" With the last name "YoungLovers" while using the PayPal Payment Pro (Payflow) gateway, the data gets a bit mangled on PayPal's side. The name will show up there as simply "BillyJo" with no last name at all.
That causes issues with exports of the data on PayPal's side, and makes it difficult to reconcile data with GiveWP exports.

This gateway has been deprecated in favor of using PayPal Donations and is no longer supported for bug fixes. Please switch to the PayPal Donations gateway and reach out to support if you run into any issues.

Our team will definitely have a look at this. The only current workaround is to add explainer text near the donation form discouraging the use of special characters in the name fields.
