Stripe + Fee Recovery should round up the last digit so it matches the amount correctly

Sometimes, depending on the amount donated using Stripe + Fee Recovery, GiveWP will pass the wrong amount to Stripe, although it shows the correct amount on the GiveWP dashboard.
Example:
- GiveWP shows $257.78 ($250 + $7.78 in fees) but Stripe dashboard shows a payment of $257.77 (resulting in net payment of $249.99 and $7.78 in fees)
- GiveWP shows $74.46 ($70 + $4.46 in fees) but Stripe dashboard shows a payment of $74.45 (resulting in net payment of $69.99 and $4.46 in fees)

Happy to share that this has been resolved in the new GiveWP 2.11.0 release. Please update and let us know if you have any further issues.

Our team will have a look at this. In the meantime, we'd recommend adjusting the fee amount to compensate for this. Fee Recovery is not designed to be exactly accurate to the fee removed by the gateway, but in this case, it appears GiveWP is sending a different amount to the gateway than it is recording on the site, which is certainly something we should be able to fix.
