Stripe Single Field credit card option fails to submit (icon spins) and generates error in the console

Stripe generates a javascript error in the console related to the card_name field.
There are no errors visible to the donor/front end other than the infinite spinner.
Workaround: Use Multi Field option at Donations > Settings > Payment Gateways > Stripe > Credit Card On Site

This has been resolved in the new 2.9.4 release.
