When using two or more Option Based Form Editor (a.k.a. V2) forms displayed in tabs AND Square is the only active gateway, the Square credit card fields do not show for the 2nd and 3rd forms.
There are two workarounds:
- don't use tabs to display the forms
- enable another gateway
